Our Euclid, Ohio facility is focused on operational excellence, equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced maintenance leader to help ensure our manufacturing equipment and facility systems operate safely and reliably.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing facility.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily maintenance operations, leading and developing maintenance employees, and ensuring production equipment and facility systems are maintained for maximum reliability and uptime. This role will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, and EHS to prioritize maintenance needs, improve preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support capital and continuous improvement projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who understands industrial manufacturing equipment and enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and improving equipment performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians to support production priorities and equipment reliability
  • Manage preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment issues
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to prioritize repairs, minimize downtime, and improve equipment performance
  • Develop maintenance employees through hands-on coaching, technical training, and clear performance expectations
  • Monitor maintenance work orders, equipment history, downtime, and other maintenance KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, spare parts, and maintenance resources for repairs, installations, and facility projects
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with LOTO, electrical safety, OSHA requirements, and company safety procedures
  • Support equipment installations, capital projects, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Previous maintenance leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems
  • Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices and CMMS systems
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety requirements, including LOTO and electrical safety
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent combination of education and industrial maintenance experience preferred
