Working M2P Supervisor - someone who stays hands-on, solves problems in real time, and leads by example on the floor. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be directly involved in the work, supporting your team while owning the overall maintenance operation.

- Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on corrugating equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues alongside your team
- Lead daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on production demands
- Support, coach, and develop M2P Technicians on-site
- Ensure preventative maintenance is executed on schedule
- Coordinate closely with customer plant leadership and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement in uptime and maintenance efficiency
- Promote and enforce safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Preferred Experience- Corrugated industry experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits- $110,000 - $120,000 base salary
