How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining systems and equipment by completing preventative maintenance schedules, restoring, repairing, rebuilding or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts in addition to supervising a team.
- Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour
- Annual Bonus: 5%
- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (regular business hours)
- Travel: 0-5%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Operational & Supervisory Duties
- Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
- Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
Quality & Technical Support- Validates required maintenance of instrumentation, electrical systems, compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment.
- Validates required maintenance of environmental, safety, quality assurance, and FDA compliance systems and programs including spare parts, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance.
- Validates required monitoring and process evaluation of a site facility including evaluation of current process conditions and implementation of plant loading plans; evaluates and implements continuous improvement opportunities and ideas.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.

Required Education- A High School diploma or GED required.
Required Length & Type of Experience:- A minimum of three (3) years of Industrial experience
- Prior experience with supervising a staff is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Air Separation - Demonstrates advanced understanding of air separation and associated technologies.
- Instrumentation and Electrical - Demonstrates an understanding of electrical principals in practical situations involving the operation and repair of complex electrical devices.
- Mechanical aptitude - Demonstrates basic skills in mechanical systems maintenance.
- Safety and Compliance - A fundamental understanding of all applicable regulations, laws, certifications and standards with a focus on how to achieve success in each discipline for a manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance Programs - Familiar with modern maintenance programs, asset management systems and principals.
- Well versed in problem analysis/decision making process and identifying sound solutions.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Strong verbal and communication skills,
- Ability to write routine technical procedures and policies in English.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and/or customers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals using the English language.
