What You Will Be Doing

Lead a dedicated team of production maintenance associates to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment supporting plant operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll coordinate closely with manufacturing and facilities engineering, set performance and cost control standards, and maintain critical parts inventory. You’ll also provide coaching and training, uphold safety and housekeeping standards, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience or associate’s degree + 3+ years in industrial maintenance or High School Diploma + 5+ years in industrial maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery

  • Skilled in using tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

  • Ability to be present in manufacturing environments for extended periods

  • Exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise

  • Must be able to travel occasionally (facility support, trade shows, training, etc.)

  • Must have experience working on a 3rd shift schedule

Pay Range: $73,499.00-$91,795.00
