Full Job Description
As a member of our maintenance team, you will apply your experience and collaborate with your peers in the department to maintain and troubleshoot the following areas of our office and warehouse facilities:
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting of equipment
  • Conveyor Systems
  • PLC troubleshooting
  • General Facility Upkeep
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems

The ideal candidate should possess conveyor and electrical troubleshooting experience and the aptitude to learn automation controls, along with the ability to learn quickly and think critically. If you're a dependable, adaptable, hands-on individual, we'd like to talk to you. A bachelor's or technical degree is preferred for this role.

Schedule

Our Maintenance department operates on a day, swing, and overnight schedule to support our 24/7 maintenance needs. Shift assignments and hours may vary based on business needs, and candidates must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, department rotations, and operational priorities.

Be Rewarded:

Total cash compensation typically ranges from $119,500 to $137,500, depending on your experience and skill set. This includes profit sharing, which is based on company profitability. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
