What You'll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations for Stag Lodge while working alongside the maintenance team as needed
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop maintenance team members while establishing clear expectations for safety, quality, responsiveness, and service
  • Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, lighting, carpentry, painting, locks, fixtures, and general building maintenance
  • Develop and manage preventive and seasonal maintenance programs to support the reliability and longevity of building systems and equipment
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance and safety concerns, and ensure appropriate follow-through

  • Partner closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and other lodge teams to anticipate and address operational needs
  • Support snow removal, weather preparation, grounds maintenance, and other seasonal property needs
  • Participate in emergency response and provide after-hours support when required
