Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing, especially with CNC lathes, mills, and grinders
• Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Computer Based Maintenance Management Systems preferred
• Proven experience in implementing predictive and proactive maintenance techniques
• Exceptional leadership skills to develop and motivate team members
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline required

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance department associates across multiple shifts
• Execute strategies to enhance reliability and operational effectiveness of manufacturing processes
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and fixed asset documentation
• Develop and manage metrics for equipment effectiveness and maintenance labor productivity
• Conduct root cause analysis for maintenance failures and implement corrective actions
• Manage the budget for plant maintenance and utility costs
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
• Oversee outside contractors during maintenance projects
• Manage capital improvement projects including planning, quoting, and cost management
