• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement sustainable solutions that address root causes

Production & Operations Partnership
• Build strong, collaborative relationships between Maintenance and Production
• Balance production priorities with preventive maintenance and long-term equipment needs
• Partner with Operations leaders to effectively prioritize maintenance work and resources
• Navigate competing priorities and resolve challenges collaboratively
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS

Leadership & Continuous Improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team
• Establish clear expectations, accountability, and development opportunities
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives that increase uptime, efficiency, and equipment performance
• Support capital planning and manage CAPEX projects from planning through implementation and startup
