This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys building reliable systems, developing teams, and partnering across the plant to improve operational performance.What You'll Do:- Lead maintenance, reliability, and facilities operations.
- Lead implementation and sustainment of reliability improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve asset performance.
- Drive equipment uptime through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Analyze equipment performance, downtime trends, and maintenance metrics using SAP, CMMS, and other reliability systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage maintenance technicians, employee development, and performance.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to safety, quality, service, efficiency, equipment uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance activities and maximize production performance.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance budgets, backlog prioritization, and capital improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using CMMS, SAP, or similar maintenance management systems to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, HVAC, and facility systems.
- Experience leading reliability programs, preventive maintenance systems, and root cause failure analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred
- Experience managing multi-shift or continuous operations
- Paper converting, chemical or plastics processing, or packaging industrial experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Experience leading capital improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience
