Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or journeyperson, High School diploma/GED and 5+ years industrial automation maintenance experience with supervisory roles.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface across all plant employee levels.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Self-starter with a focus on goals and team leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming skills in controls, robotics, and various industrial systems.
• Familiarity with advanced technical problem-solving tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance staff to reduce machine losses.
• Provide technical support to guarantee proper equipment functionality and improvement.
• Analyze Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, validating recovery plans.
• Define maintenance strategies aligned with production plans and budget resources.
• Oversee data collection and assess maintenance activities, managing spare parts strategy.
• Focus on Stellantis Production Way (SPW) in Autonomous and Professional Maintenance activities.
• Support production processes by driving safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and team morale.
