Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, Four Work Days - Full Time, 40 hours /week

Traveling LPN - Assisted Living (MA & RI)

We are excited to introduce a new Traveling LPN position to support our Wellness Nurses across six assisted living communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity for an LPN who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a strong clinical leadership team.

Job Purpose: The Traveling LPN will provide hands-on clinical support, coverage, and collaboration with community Wellness Nurses, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and continuity of services across multiple locations. Travel between communities is paid and included as part of the role.

Position Overview:
  • Support and collaborate with Wellness Nurses across assigned communities
  • Provide clinical oversight, assessments, and medication support as needed
  • Assist with coverage during vacancies, PTO, or increased census
  • Support onboarding and clinical consistency across locations
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Communicate regularly with the VP of Clinical Services


Position Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in Massachusetts (Rhode Island license or ability to obtain preferred)
  • Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple communities
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
