Full Job Description
Position: LPN Unit Manager

Pay: Starting at $40.00/HR DOE

Location: , 2830 I St. NE., Auburn, WA 98002

What you will do:
  • Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean.
  • Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education,
  • Monitor supplies and order as needed
  • Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notes
  • Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
  • Any other tasks as directed by the DON


Must have:
  • Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
  • Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
  • BLS Certified
  • Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
  • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
