What You'll DoLead and Contribute- Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, oversee accurate medication administration, ensure timely completion of treatments, and uphold all regulatory standards.
- Provide direct resident care within LPN scope of practice.
- Maintain real-time awareness of resident condition, providing direction during changes in status or critical situations.
Document and Communicate- Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers ensuring smooth transitions.
- Monitors call-light response performance and intervenes to maintain prompt resident support.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.
Grow and Develop- Contribute to ongoing enhancement of resident care and services.
- Participate in training, competencies, and continued education.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and support a positive work environment.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Possess a current, valid, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (long-term care preferred).
- Current CPR certification.

Pay range, depending on experience: $36.00-$44.18 per hour
