Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our Receiving and Inventory Team as a Logistics Support Coordinator supporting both our Troy Hill Campus for the Elkridge and Halethorpe, MD locations

The Receiving and Inventory Team is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, SAP and Gold inventory control, and material receipt and pull functions at our Troy Hill and Halethorpe locations.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping duties
  • Use a computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting
  • Receive incoming materials from vendors and from manufacturing
  • Monitor and maintain inventory including identifying special stock requirements and segregating accordingly
  • Process Material Receipts
  • Pull Material to support manufacturing work in progress (WIP) and Contract End Items (CEI)
  • Satisfy Material Requests
  • Perform physical cycle counts per PrOP and MMAS standards; reconcile stock and process necessary adjustments
  • Identify, communicate, and process physical inventory loss per PrOP and in support of Northrop and Government/Customer owned property
  • Execute process compliance during internal and external process audits
  • Support of receiving, GOLD and SAP storerooms and, finished goods process
  • May need to work alternate shifts to support business needs

You are deadline driven and able to prioritize the work in a manner that allows you to meet and/or exceed stakeholders expectations.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Receiving, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse, or related fields
  • Able to stand/sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operating license
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Level Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with SAP, GOLDesp, and ISE/CADSTAR
  • Past data collection and reporting experience
  • Knowledge of DD Form 1149, DD Form 250

Primary Level Salary Range: $52,094.00 - $125,390.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
