  • Coordinate support agreements with Government, industry, and foreign partners.
  • Manage the logistics of sending and receiving Liaison Officers and maintain relations with them.
  • Provide customer service support to Liaison Officers and partners.

Full Job Description
Position Summary: The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate and validate logistic support requirements across all four geographical locations with specifically elevated project execution tracking at Ft. Meade, MD Headquarters.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assist efforts to review requirements and provide logistical management of facility projects and related IT mission infrastructure requirements.
  • Develop and maintain space requirements to support cyber-related exercises, real-world operations, and training events.
  • Gather and prepare supporting documentation to support leadership in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, implementing and management of operations strategic planning, and space requirements.
  • Coordinate support agreements across the Government, private industry, and foreign partners.
  • Coordinate the sending and receiving of Liaison Officers (LNO's) from all partnering organizations and maintain sustainable relations with all LNO's organizations support staff.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assist efforts to review requirements and provide customer service responses to LNOs and other partners.
  • Develop and maintain agreements to support cyber-related exercises, real-world operations, and training events.
  • Gather and prepare supporting documentation to support leadership in planning, organizing, and directing current and future support agreements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • In lieu of bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or associate's degree with an additional 8 years of experience in performing requirements may be substituted.
  • Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Extensive DoD (preferably NSA) experience required.
  • Must be proactive and possesses excellent communication skills to fill this role on a very high visibility program in B7.
  • Familiar working with technical professionals and other SMEs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Desired/Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
