Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Material Management Professional to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. This role is responsible for the Inventory Management as well as Compliance Documentation such as SOP. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Audit Readiness, Audit Accuracy, Root Cause Analysis,and a strong background in vendor management, ERP systems.

This position plays a critical role in managing audit readiness and vendor management, and ensuring operational excellence through efficient processes, detailed reporting, and cross-functional team engagement.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Apply supply chain management principles, statistical analysis, and inventory optimization methods to establish and monitor operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily activities of the inventory control team to ensure efficient use of time and resources, monitor workflow execution, and serve as a technical subject matter of inventory control for equipment material management.
  • Utilize SAP/ERP systems for inventory tracking, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Coordinates and executes special, semi-annual, and annual audits of inventory.
  • Respond quickly to material supply disruptions, serving as a liaison between Procurement, suppliers/logistics partners, and end users to minimize operational impact.
  • Assists with procedural development, refinement, and validation of all processes within the scope of equipment material management.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • ERP Management system experience required.
  • Strong Excel Skill required.
  • Strong vendor and program management skills.


The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
