As aLogistics Production SupervisorII/IIIfor Greenheck Group, you willlead the dailyexecution of logisticsand material flowoperations that supportmanufacturing and customerdelivery objectives. You will overseewarehouse and logisticsteam members, ensuringmaterials, inventory, andfinished goods moveefficiently,safely, and accuratelythroughout the facility. Success in thisrole requires strongleadership, operationalplanning, continuous improvement, and cross-functionalcollaboration to meetproduction schedules whilemaintaining exceptionalqualityand service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Direct supervision ofhourly material handlingteam members.
Set performance expectations, ensure team has the equipment and training to complete their tasks, monitor work performance results and issue corrective actions as necessary.
Executedaily logistics andmaterial movement plansto ensure uninterruptedproduction and on-time customer shipments.
Oversee campus yard shuttle operations by coordinating driver schedules, equipment utilization, and the safe, efficient movement of materials, trailers, and finished goods between facilities to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
Monitorinventory levels, materialavailability, and logisticsperformance, recommendingstaffing or capacityadjustments to supportchanging business demands.
Coordinate inboundreceiving, warehouse storage, inventory replenishment, material delivery toproduction, and outboundshipping activities.
Partner with production, scheduling, engineering, purchasing, inventorycontrol, customer service, and transportation teamsto ensure efficientmaterial flowacross the operation.
Utilize ERP andwarehouse management systemsto manage inventorytransactions, laborreporting, material movement, and operational performance.
Ensure inventory accuracythrough cycle counting, reconciliation,and effective inventorycontrol practices.
Support Sales & OperationsPlanning (S&OP) by aligning logisticsresources with productionschedules and customerdemand.
Promote a cultureof teamwork, accountability, engagement, and continuousimprovement consistentwith Greenheck's Employerof Choice initiatives.
Lead Lean Manufacturingand continuous improvementprojects that improvesafety, inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency,material flow, andoperational performance.
Coordinate withmaintenance to maximizeuptime of forklifts, conveyors, warehouseequipment, and othermaterial handling assets.
Develop cross-trainingplans to increaseworkforce flexibility andoperational resilience.
Conduct interviews, onboarding, training,and ongoing coachingto build ahigh-performing logisticsteam.
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly communicationsregarding safety, operational performance, quality, and businessobjectives.
Maintain warehouseorganization and cleanlinesswhile ensuring compliancewith 5S, safety, OSHA, and companystandards.
Conduct monthly safetymeetings, enforce safework practices, andmaintain required safetydocumentation.
Prepare performance evaluationsand support employeedevelopment planning.
Maintain good working knowledge of current labor agreement (where applicable) and any applicable government regulations. Utilize GPS/lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as asubject matter expertfor logistics processes, warehouse operations,inventory management,ERPsystems, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL II:
4-6 years of relevant work experience required.
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory leadership role required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.
Continuous Improvement training is preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL III:
6-8 years of relevant work experience required.
4-6 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory leadership role required.
2 Year / Associate Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
4 Year / Bachelor Degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field of study preferred.
EPPIC, Continuous Improvement training preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
SOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW
Travel is required 10-15% of time.
This is an on-site role atour Tulsa, Oklahomafacility.
