Full Job Description
  • Minimum of (10) Years of Logistics Management Experience and Bachelor's Degree in related field, and an
    active Maryland CLASS C Driver's License
    or
  • Served in the US Military and retained a Logistics - Military Occupation Specialty in a Supervisory capacity
    for a Minimum of (6) Years, and an active Maryland CLASS C Driver's License.


The Lead Logistics Manager shall manage all logistics operations and personnel.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise personnel activities to include: Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)
calibrations; Material Handling Equipment/Lifting Device (MHE/LD); receiving; shipping; storage; property book;
turn-in; and delivering excess equipment as a working supervisor.
2. Supervise the supply clerk(s) in ensuring accurate excess equipment inventory records.
3. Plan and revise work schedules to ensure an even workflow and priority cases are handled expeditiously.
4. Coordinate priorities, procedures, and accomplishments with the COR and Program Manager.
5. Prepare workload reports and maintain accurate activity records.
6. Resolve conflicts in accordance with (IAW) the Contractor policies and procedures.
7. Oversee mandatory training and certification and provide technical guidance for personnel as applicable.
