As a Logistics Manager I, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and management of contract-related logistics efforts. This includes managing all logistics and depot support issues for various programs, interfacing with customers to support their requests, and ensuring the cost-effective and timely execution of contracts. You will also be responsible for developing and executing customer training programs and materials.

Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
- 7+ years of logistics management experience.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 11 years of related experience is required.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulations as they apply to the import and export of goods.
- Relevant experience working with logistics/warehouse environment and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with the practical application of Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques.
- Ability to travel extensively, often overseas.
- Prior experience with handling and managing hazardous/dangerous goods and materials.
- Previous management experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Qualifications We Prefer:- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management [e.g., APICS, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP)].
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with operating military units, airborne signals intelligence (SIGINT) systems and aircraft sensor equipment.
- Understanding of third party shipping vendors and requirements.
- Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.
Essential Functions:- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Requirement to be on your feet for parts of the work shift.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling logistics equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office or hybrid environment.
- Occasional travel may be required.
