The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (NH-0346-03) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Applications without the required SF50 and other supporting documents will be considered incomplete and will not be forwarded for consideration. **Please note, this position closes on the specified date at midnight (12:00 am) EASTERN TIME** The primary purpose of this position: Business Development and Execution executes the AFMC and AFSC partnering policy for strategic partnering efforts and performs the functions necessary as the business development office to help assess new and potential Public-Private Partnership (PPP) workloads and programs. Serves as Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for development, coordination and execution of Implementation Agreements (IA) by monitoring Partnership performance through the collaborative use of six-pack charts to ensure agreed upon milestones are being met based on negotiated cost, schedule and performance. Provides oversight and sustainment of Partnership financials and initiates workload for maintenance group execution. Provides input to the Annual Program (AP) regarding partnership projected production forecast, Requirements Review and Depot Determination (R2D2). Manages and provides partnership financial tracking and monthly reports. Requirements: - U.S. Citizenship - Obtain & maintain a Security clearance - The employee may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing. 2. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance. 3. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas. 4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations. 5. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution. 6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
