LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST


As a Logistics Management Specialist, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in developing, preparing, and maintaining Acquisition Logistic Support Plans (ALSPs) for the program.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED


Bring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Logistics Management Specialist must have:


● Education: Associate's Degree

● Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Security clearance level: TS/SCI with poly

● US citizenship required

● Role requirements:

  • Develop, modify, and implement hardware and software configuration management plans.
  • Review and analyze system deliverables (i.e. ALSPs, requirement documents, design documents, and DT&E plans) to determine traceability, soundness of approach, and consistency with tasking
  • Review and evaluate system training plans, and hardware/software life cycle support plans and assess their potential for integration and consolidation
  • Evaluate adequacy of the level/range of spares, evaluate provisioning and supply support proposals, and prepare provisioning documents
  • Attend Acquisition Logistics Integrated Product Team (ALIPT) and Acquisition Logistics Support Requirements (ALSR) meetings
  • Create ALS documents and participate in ALS activities to include Site Surveys, Memorandum of Notification (MON), Deployment Readiness Reviews (Pre Ship Audits and Pre-Ship Reviews), PSC Triage to document Site Power/Space/Cooling Requirements/Constraints, Post Deployment Reviews, and Lien Tracking

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
