This role is responsible for coordinating transportation, import/export activities, and logistics support requirements to ensure resources, equipment, and materials are available where needed while maintaining operational efficiency. The position acts as the primary escalation point for logistics-related matters and drives alignment between field operations and logistics service providers.

Roles and Responsibilities- Direct country or basin logistics activities and establish priorities to meet operational requirements.
- Develop team capability through coaching, training plans, and competency assessments.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization forecasts with operational stakeholders.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor improvement initiatives.
- Optimize fleet utilization and reduce equipment idle time through effective planning.
- Lead resolution of logistics escalations and operational disruptions.
- Drive cost-reduction opportunities and process efficiency improvements.
- Support implementation of procedural changes and operational best practices.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience leading teams within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of logistics planning, transportation management, warehouse operations, and international trade processes.
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems; SAP experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship.
