About the role

We're on the lookout for an analytical and forward-thinking Logistics & Inventory Analyst to join our energetic E-commerce team at Reckitt. You'll be the brains behind the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring they reach our customers quickly and efficiently. Your day-to-day impact on our supply chain will directly contribute to the satisfaction of millions who trust our leading consumer health and hygiene brands.

Your responsibilities

  • Inventory, Data & Systems Management: Analyze and report on inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics performance; act as Key User for Blue Yonder/JDA WMS; manage WMS-SAP (IDOC) integrations and resolve discrepancies.
  • 3PL & Warehouse Operations Oversight: Own 3PL KPIs and DC financial metrics; audit cycle counts, inventory adjustments, waste disposal, and SOP compliance; manage expired and short-dated inventory reporting.
  • Inbound/Outbound & Order Management: Resolve inbound and outbound discrepancies (ASN issues, cancellations); support efficient receiving and shipping processes in partnership with demand planning and customer service teams.
  • Vendor, Compliance & Risk Management: Lead vendor setup, performance reviews, audits, and invoice accuracy; support EHS programs, certification audits, and proactively identify supply chain risks with mitigation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership: Drive cost, quality, and process improvements; maintain project and savings trackers; serve as point of contact for 3PL change initiatives and ongoing logistics projects.


The experience we're looking for

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; 2+ years of experience in CPG supply chain, logistics, or wholesale distribution.
  • Systems & Tools: Experience working with SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, and Excel; exposure to system interfaces and TMS preferred.
  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Strong analytical skills with a track record of root-cause analysis, solution development, process mapping, and change facilitation.
  • Ways of Working: Effective communicator who plans well, exercises sound judgment, works independently, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver team success.

US salary ranges

USD $70,000.00 - $106,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
