Logistics Distribution Revenue Manager
The RCC Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of transportation operations, ensuring accuracy in payments, accruals, and overall financial performance. Reporting to the Director of Transportation, this role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, collaborating with operational personnel and carriers, and supporting the broader transportation management team in cost control and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency in transportation finance while owning financial relationships and reporting for all Freight Distribution clients.
How you create impact
Manage transportation payables and accruals, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Maintain data integrity and accuracy in carrier payments and transportation financial records.
Collaborate with operational personnel and carriers as the finance representative for the transportation team.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support transportation initiatives and decision-making.
Develop cost control strategies and financial insights to improve transportation efficiency.
Support transportation management functions, ensuring seamless information flow and financial oversight.
Own financial relationships and reporting for Freight Distribution clients.
Assist in the development of strategic transportation initiatives from a financial perspective
Act as a people leader, motivator, and coach, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
Ensure all activities are executed within KN Code of Conduct guidelines.

What we would like you to bring
5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, finance, or a related field, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience with transportation payables, accruals, carrier payments, and financial reporting.
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with experience managing high transaction volumes and a high volume of emails.
Experience working closely with onsite operations teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with customers regarding accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement.
