Qualifications

  • Ability to perform spinals and epidurals; blocks not required.
  • Proficiency in multiple specialty areas preferred, but not mandatory for day shifts.
  • Familiarity with Epic charting system.
  • Current CRNA certification and licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care under medical direction for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia as needed, particularly during day shifts.
  • Participate in a 1:3 or 1:4 medical direction model with anesthesiologists.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams across multiple specialties including Trauma, Neuro, and Cardiac.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and maintain a clean credentialing record.

CRNA Locum Job in York, Pennsylvania
• Specific Details for Assignment: CRNA's can do spinals and epidurals but not blocks. Medical Direction 1:3 or 1:4. Prefer 2yrs experience. Travel is allowed and reimbursed
• Length of Contract: 4-6 months; possible extension
• Schedule: Full-Time, (4-5) 10-hr shifts, Mon-Fri
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: NOTE- CRNA's that work the day shifts are not required to be proficient in all of these areas- preferred but not required. Those that work the night shift are REQUIRED to be proficient in all of these areas. Special procedures: Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, Robotics.
