Full Job Description
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking for a traditional auto body manager with rigid habits or an office-bound bureaucrat. Our most successful leaders have a heavy-duty or commercial fleet DNA, coming from environments like commercial truck centers, heavy equipment operations, or industrial service management.

We hire exclusively based on three core virtues:

  1. Hungry: You possess an aggressive work ethic. You are self-motivated, driven to win, and see opportunities where others see roadblocks.
  2. Humble: You have zero ego. You lead by example, readily share credit with your crew, and are willing to grab a broom or move vehicles if that is what your team needs at that moment.
  3. Smart: You have high situational awareness and elite people skills. You know how to read a room, de-escalate customer tension, and motivate your technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a hybrid leadership role that splits time between maximizing shop floor production and driving local business growth.

Shop Floor and Crew Accountability:

  • Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and safe shop facility.
  • Drive daily production, manage repair workflows, and find creative technical solutions to complete complex passenger and commercial/RV jobs on time.
  • Estimate and Negotiate RVs and commercial vehicles.
  • Establish clear performance standards and hold technicians directly accountable to schedules and quality controls without micro-managing.
  • Partner closely with our Operations Director to align on daily scheduling, parts logistics, and company goals.

Business Development and Commercial Sales:

  • You do not hide behind a desk. You will actively hit the pavement alongside our Business Development Director to prospect door-to-door for new B2B commercial, corporate, and fleet accounts.
  • Build and protect long-term partnerships with local fleet managers and businesses.
  • Handle commercial sales rejection with high resiliency, viewing every no as just a stepping stone to a partnership.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
  • Performance Bonus: A highly lucrative monthly and quarterly bonus structure tied directly to location sales volume and Gross Profit percentage (GP%). Your earning potential is directly linked to your execution.
  • Culture: True operational autonomy in a supportive, family-focused environment where your impact is recognized daily.
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a high-volume service environment (Commercial Truck Centers, Fleet Operations, Heavy Equipment, Repair, or Industrial Service highly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing a physical shop floor, scheduling technicians, and maintaining high accountability standards.
  • Strong comfort level with face-to-face B2B sales prospecting and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resilient, solutions-oriented mindset.

Compensation
85,000 to $95,000 per week
