Full Job Description
The Loan IQ IT Solutions Architecture Lead is a strategic professional responsible for design and implementation of technology solutions delivered by Wholesale Lending Technology within the Product Technology Chief Information Office. The individual will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets and Risk) to drive end-to-end delivery on Loan IQ & several in-house technology tools built around loan IQ that fully supports, satisfies and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators. This role is responsible for Global Loan IQ interfaces and regulatory data architecture.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Solution Architect Lead for Loan IQ Integrations, partnering with business, operations, and technology teams design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions across the commercial lending ecosystem.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Loan IQ platform and all major functional modules, including Deal Setup, Servicing, Funding, Payments, Billing, Accruals, Agency Operations, Syndications, Letters of Credit, General Ledger, and Portfolio Management, ensuring downstream applications accurately reflect business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Loan IQ application configuration teams to understand system configuration, product setup, reference data, workflows, calendars, rate indices, fee structures, event processing, and business rules, translating configuration changes into downstream integration requirements. Knowledge of Loan IQ application configuration is highly desirable.
  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of downstream interfaces, including data mapping, interface specifications, transformation logic, reconciliation processes, and integration patterns, ensuring scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.
  • Perform impact assessments for new business initiatives, Loan IQ upgrades, regulatory changes, production issues, and strategic transformation programs, identifying downstream impacts and coordinating implementation across multiple enterprise applications.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, collaborate with development and QA teams, support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production implementations, and provide post-production support, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Support enterprise reporting and regulatory initiatives by ensuring integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of commercial lending data to downstream systems supporting Finance, Risk, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Data Warehouses, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
  • Establish and promote integration standards, reusable design patterns, data governance practices, and best practices while mentoring team members and providing technical leadership on Loan IQ functionality, downstream architecture, and integration design.
  • Work effectively with globally distributed teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify integrations, improve data quality, optimize system performance, reduce operational risk, and enhance the overall efficiency and scalability of the commercial lending technology ecosystem.


Recommended Qualifications:
  • 6+ years with Loan IQ analysis and implementations, with deep domain knowledge of Loan IQ and its data model, database schema, APIs, and SDK capabilities.
  • Demonstrated influencing, facilitation and partnering skills
  • Track record of interfacing with and presenting results to senior management
  • Analytical, flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Previous experience with AI tools utilization and agile delivery (Jira, Confluence)

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
