We are a rapidly growing healthcare services company focused exclusively on the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our business development team.

This role is well-suited for an administrator who has extensive SNF experience and is looking to transition from the operational demands of facility leadership into a growth-oriented role. It offers the opportunity to apply clinical and operational expertise in a strategic, relationship-driven position within a company that is actively scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, administrators, clinical leadership, and ownership groups
  • Represent the organization and clearly articulate the value of our services to prospective partners
  • Travel extensively across multiple markets to support business development efforts
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion strategy
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on market development initiatives
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and credible industry resource for SNF partners
