Full Job Description
The Boston office of White and Williams LLP is seeking an attorney with 4-8 years of litigation experience for a diverse general litigation/commercial litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including products liability, construction litigation, breach of warranty, personal injury, toxic tort, and other litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience to manage case responsibilities independently, including handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, managing client communications, conducting depositions, and trial.

Requirements
• 4- 8 years of general and/or commercial litigation experience
• Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client interaction
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while complying with deadlines
• Massachusetts Bar admission is required; an additional New England state bar admission would be beneficial
