Description

We are seeking a driven and accomplished litigation attorney. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is passionate about advocating for clients. This attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, take ownership of their caseload, and work collaboratively with our team to maximize results. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills are essential, along with a relentless work ethic and a commitment to achieving justice for clients.

Compensation: Highly competitive salary + bonus

Responsibilities
• Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through verdict or settlement
• Handle all aspects of litigation: depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Develop case strategies and prepare compelling arguments for trial
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members
• Participate in firmwide strategy meetings, case reviews, and mentorship opportunities

Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing
Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively in a team environment
