Remote or Hybrid (2-3 Days In-Office Per Week | California-Based)
Compensation: $160,000-$220,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
• Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters
• Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances
• Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client's unique goals
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact
