The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of civil defense litigation experience, with a strong background in construction defect matters, including representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other construction professionals. This position involves managing complex caseloads, leading litigation strategy, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Minimum 3 years of civil defense litigation experience, with a concentration in construction defect defense
- Proven ability to manage cases from intake through trial and resolution
- Excellent communication, litigation, and client management skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
