Light Commercial Maintenance Sales RepresentativeGentry Service Group - Swannanoa, NC (Serving Morganton & Western North Carolina)

Are you an outgoing, organized sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses solve their HVAC maintenance needs?

We9re currently looking for a motivated Light Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team and drive profitable service agreement sales.

If you9re a self-starter with strong communication skills and a desire to earn well while helping local businesses, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with a stable, long-established company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time, approximately 40 hours per week)

What You9ll Do:
  • Prospect and schedule appointments with light commercial businesses
  • Perform thorough site surveys to understand customer needs and develop accurate maintenance proposals
  • Present professional sales proposals and solutions that solve real 42;hurts42; for business owners
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while positioning Gentry as their preferred HVAC service provider
  • Manage your sales pipeline, leads, forecasts, and follow-ups with weekly updates
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver the best outcomes
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitive offerings
  • Turn in all signed contracts and supporting documentation (notes, photos, equipment info) within 24 hours

What We9re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills - timely with tasks, calls, and projects
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
  • Valid driver9s license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • HVAC industry knowledge is recommended but not required - we provide training
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to safety
