Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in renewals management.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT equipment, data center configurations, and DC manufacturers (NetApp, Dell, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of Software licensing (Microsoft, Splunk, Tenable, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Analytics background.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.


Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective renewal management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the entire renewal lifecycle, including forecasting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate renewal forecasts, metrics reporting, and process workflows.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve renewal efficiency and customer experience.
  • Become an expert in co-terming and renewal consolidation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including licenses, software expiration dates, and contact information within both internal tools and OEM portals.
  • Manage order statuses, updates, and drop-shipments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve licensing and support issues.
