Full Job Description
Work Location: In person (hybrid)

As our Lifecycle & Customer Journey Operations Specialist, you'll own the product-side of how customers experience Atom: the data that shows us how people actually use the platform, the emails and notifications triggered by product behavior, and the growth features that guide someone from their first domain search to becoming a customer. This is a hands-on, technical role. You're not just planning a roadmap; you're deep in the analytics, the triggers, and the product decisions that come out of both.

What you'll do:
  • Own product analytics and instrumentation: define events, track key funnels, and monitor usage data
  • Build and manage automated emails and notifications triggered by product behavior (onboarding, activation, re-engagement)
  • Design and ship growth-oriented product features that guide users through their journey inside Atom
  • Partner with engineering to implement tracking, triggers, and in-product growth experiments
  • Analyze product data to identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve activation and retention
  • Prioritize and ship product-side journey improvements in partnership with design and engineering

What you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, growth product, or a similarly technical, data-driven role
  • Experience owning product analytics and instrumentation (event tracking, funnels, dashboards)
  • Experience building or managing automated product emails and notifications
  • Comfort working closely with engineering on both data and feature work
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort turning product data into a prioritized roadmap
  • High ownership mindset: able to drive the product side of growth independently

Bonus: experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4), notification/automation platforms, or building growth features at a marketplace or SaaS company

Why You'll Like It Here
  • Real ownership of the product side of the customer journey, not a slice of someone else's roadmap
  • Direct collaboration with our founder and leadership team on product strategy
  • Early-stage exposure to building an AI-first product from the ground up
  • 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off

Benefits:
  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
