  • Design AI-enabled and agentic workflows, including agent roles, orchestration, human decision points, data and tool requirements, controls, and value measures.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable transformation plans, solution approaches, and delivery strategies that connect operations, digital core platforms, data, integration, and AI.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or the broader insurance industry, with demonstrated expertise across multiple areas of the Life & Annuity value chain, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, operations, product, distribution, servicing, or new business.
  • Experience leading business and/or technology workstreams within complex transformation, modernization, platform implementation, or digital transformation programs, partnering across business and technology teams to define future-state solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to identify, shape, sell, and lead consulting engagements, leveraging strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and structured problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and drive client value.
  • Hands-on experience delivering programs in agile or iterative environments, including serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role responsible for prioritization, execution, and value realization.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application within the insurance industry, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows, with the ability to design AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with technology teams on implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience shaping future-state operating models, business architecture, process reinvention, or end-to-end journey transformation.

  • Familiarity with Life & Annuity platforms such as ALIP, OIPA, Sapiens, FAST, Fadata, EIS, Majesco, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience connecting policy administration with workflow, correspondence, data, APIs, digital channels, or downstream platforms.
  • Applied experience shaping or delivering AI-enabled or agentic workflows, including orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, responsible AI, and adoption considerations.
  • Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, value realization approaches, and executive recommendations.
  • Experience contributing to proposals, pursuits, statements of work, or account growth initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with business and technology leaders.
