Full Job Description
Licensed Therapist-Partners In Recovery

Annual Salary: $83,855

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm with one evening per week

Requirement:
  • LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
  • Two (2) years of experience providing therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services.
  • Must be eligible for or approved for MCO credentialing.
What You'll Do
  • Manage an assigned caseload and provide person-centered counseling and support.
  • Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments, including ASAM assessments, and develop individualized service plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Provide crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services based on client needs.
  • Develop treatment recommendations, discharge plans, and referrals to support continuity of care.
  • Coordinate services with clients, families, treatment providers, and community partners.
  • Conduct random drug screenings as required.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation, including assessments, service plans, progress notes, and discharge information.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
  • Provide guidance, training, and supervision to interns and license-eligible staff as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote client safety, recovery, and long-term stability.
