Qualifications

• Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• No dependently licensed clinicians accepted.
• Strong commitment to patient care and excellence.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role, providing both telemedicine and in-person care.
