Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• CANS/ANSA Certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Three to five years' experience in a behavioral health environment preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based best practices preferred.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, and children based on established best practice guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with referral sources and involved parties as approved by the client.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the clinical team.
• Document clinical records timely and accurately per organizational policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for clinical practices.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments, ensuring timely completion of ANSA/CANS forms.
• Prepare treatment plans and obtain clinical service authorizations promptly.
