What We're Looking For - Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License
- Previous salon leadership or Assistant Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, team-first mindset
- Passion for developing stylists and creating a great client experience
- Motivated professional excited to help launch a new business
Men's haircut experience is a plus, but we provide paid training and support.
