Job Description

Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist - Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders

This full-time position offers flexibility in work hours and plays a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver individual and group psychotherapeutic services for children and families.
Conduct client assessments and evaluate ongoing therapeutic needs.
Recommend and help implement programming enhancements to leadership.
Pilot and support clinical workflow initiatives.
Assist in training clinical students as needed.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams and support staff.
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with department and hospital policies.

Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Shift

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, mental health nursing, counseling education, psychology, or related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities can be acquired.
Missouri licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, or Certified Clinical Specialist in Mental Health Nursing.
One (1) year of clinical therapeutic experience in a medical setting.
(Note: For some positions, three (3) years of clinical therapeutic experience in a medical setting working with a broad range of social, psychological, or behavior issues may be substituted for the licensure/certification. At least one of the three years of experience must be post-masters.)

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $96,761.60 annually
