Full Job Description
**Seeking Full-time Licensed Psychologists with ADHD/ASD diagnosis experience. Must be licensed by the California Board of Psychology**

Location: Remote

Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm PST with days from 10am to 6:30pm PST

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-time (per evaluation)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-time licensed psychologist with specialized experience in diagnosing ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate is a skilled and compassionate diagnostician with experience conducting comprehensive autism evaluations, including the use of standardized assessment tools. This role involves completing thorough diagnostic reports, providing clear and actionable feedback to families, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, therapists, and care coordinators.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of early childhood development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and culturally responsive assessment practices. Experience working with diverse populations and navigating insurance or regional diagnostic requirements is highly preferred.

  • Current, active licensure as a Psychologist (Registered Psychological Associate may be accepted if evaluation experience) with the California Board of Psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing ADHD and ASD in children.
  • Proficiency in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments and tests (ADOS-2, WAIS-IV/WAIS-V, IVA-2, MMPI-2, SRS-2, etc).
  • Experience or willingness to learn the development of client-centered treatment plans.
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of mental and behavioral health therapies and a desire to deliver these services with the highest quality and ethical standards.
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including a few days with late afternoon/evening availability in the Pacific Timezone.
  • Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations, such as fingerprint clearances, positive references, etc.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required!


Patient demographics:
  • Children and adolescents up to 18 years old.
  • Adults, including 18 years old - 100 years old.

Education / Degree Requirements:
  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Required); will consider Registered Psychological Associate if applicant provides a Licensed Psychologist to provide supervision, as required by the CA Board of Psychology

  • Compensation: This is an independent contractor role. Compensation is provided on a per-evaluation basis, with rates to be determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of services.
