Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) Delaware

Join a remote behavioral health team providing counseling services to clients across Delaware. This full-time position is centered on direct client work, with regular weekday hours and a steady schedule of virtual appointments. You will manage your assigned cases, complete required clinical work, and stay in communication with the care team when a client needs additional support.

Location: Delaware
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients for scheduled online counseling sessions
  • Review client history and current concerns
  • Complete assessments and determine appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide counseling based on each client's needs
  • Revisit treatment goals as circumstances change
  • Keep progress notes and clinical records current
  • Discuss referrals or additional services when needed
  • Follow applicable Delaware licensing, privacy, and telehealth requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active LPMHC license in the state of Delaware
  • Experience providing outpatient mental health treatment
  • Comfort working in a fully remote clinical environment
