Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy to clients across New Jersey. This position involves helping clients understand their concerns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier patterns through regular telehealth sessions.
Job Details- Location: New Jersey
- Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
- Assess client needs, symptoms, and treatment goals
- Build individualized care plans
- Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and life challenges
- Maintain clear clinical records
- Follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and professional counseling standards
Requirements- Active New Jersey LPC license in good standing
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling or a related field
- Previous counseling or therapy experience
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth
- Strong documentation and communication skills
