Qualifications

• Knowledge of MAP, DDS regulations, and EHR documentation practices.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and medication administration per physicians' orders.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other nursing staff.
• Support onboarding and training of nursing staff, ensuring clinical competencies are met.
• Monitor implementation of healthcare plans and treatment protocols.
• Communicate medical issues effectively and promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct health assessments and ensure documentation in EHR is timely and accurate.
