Job Title:Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
Pay Range:$35-45/hour
Job Description:Full-Time School LPN (1-1) - Lakewood, WA | $35-45/hour | 26-27 School YearPosition Details- Schedule: Full-Time (5 days/week)
- Assignment: 1-1 position for student with trach and g tube needs
- Start Date: Sept 2, 2026 for the 26-27 SY
- Schedule may include bus riding
What You'll Do- Provide nursing support to students in school
- Assist with safe transfers, including on/off the school bus
- Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs
- Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Support student access to school throughout the day
What We're Looking For- Active Washington State LPN license (DOH) or Compact Multi-State Nursing License
- Experience with trach care, G-tube required
- Must have current car registration and Passport or Enhanced Driver's License
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
- Reliable, attentive, and comfortable in a pediatric setting
