ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the
Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
As an LPN at Springbrook, you’ll provide high-quality care to both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills, support recovery, and maintain consistency in care, all while working closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team. *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.*Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.*Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Base Pay: $31.00-$36.50 PLUS Shift Differential up to $8.50/hour depending on shift!Qualifications*Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
