Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care while supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.
Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):- Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
- Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
