Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN or LPN license (without restrictions)
• Current CPR certification
• Desire to provide exceptional, patient-centered care
• Experience in caring for adults with complex medical needs is a plus
• Open to both beginners and those needing a refresher in trach & vent management

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, high-quality care to adults in a home-like environment
• Engage in ongoing learning through extensive paid training
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as required
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
