Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent education and experience.
• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with BCCNM.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Full competency in nursing practices, including medication administration.
• Proficient in operating nursing-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' strengths and limitations across multiple dimensions.

• Operate and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in patient care environments.
• Assist with the orientation of new team members.
